Technology Embraces Tradition

Snagmaster™ changes nothing onsite, it's paper interface is familiar and easy to use, and the handwritten information is uploaded simply by docking the digital pen. The pen can store up to 500 snags in it's memory, and works with three specially designed pads to record, action and approve defects.

Handwritten information is converted into text and images using advanced recognition software and automatically entered into the online snagmaster™ database, which numbers, categorises and delegates snags, making short work of managing the entire snagging process.

WORK SCHEDULES > Sub-contractors and management are notified of snags or approvals for their attention automatically and can select and print off work schedules directly.

ANALYSIS & REPORTING > Snagmaster™ provides a full defect analysis for each project including remedial work, mis-issues, misallocations and completions. Sub-contractor codes, site locations and trade packages are all user-definable to suit virtually any contract.
